- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur administrative or interest charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for unpaid invoices.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be charged as required by law.

Both parties agree to keep all confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of a project strictly confidential.
Neither party may disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anything Marketing shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, data, or reputation).
- Any losses resulting from misuse of our website or unauthorized access to data.
- Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services giving rise to the claim.
